OKLAHOMA CITY -- One local organization is reaching to the southwest Oklahoma City neighborhood. "No boundaries" says it wants to help the prostitutes in that neighborhood get off the streets, and that group is not alone in that mission.
A deadly stabbing happened in broad daylight, but nobody seems surprised, especially the so called "video vigilante."

Brain Bates created John TV to document the prostitution this street is known for.
"You have to be aware of people's suspicious activities," Bates said.
Armed with his camera, Bates has pictures of a known pimp who was stabbed to death Monday, and is even able provide police with video of the suspect being sought, who Bates claims is a prostitute herself.
"Sometimes our relationship is adversarial, but when it needs to be we come together and share information," Bates said.
But, hitting record 24/7 isn't the only way people are trying to help this neighborhood with a bad rep.
"Not a lot of people put a lot of time and effort into this neighborhood because they see one problem and they move on," Bates said.
"No boundaries" is ready to spend their Saturday here. The faith-based organization is hosting a block party at Draper Park.
Booths will be set up and several bands are scheduled to play, and those who have found themselves on the wrong side of the law are invited.
Bates says because of the relationships he's built with neighbors and businesses off Robinson, he's always one of the first to hear about violent crime in that neighborhood.
The block party at Draper Park is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
