Man Who Crashed Truck In OKC Pond Died Of Medical Condition

An elderly man who crashed his pickup truck into a pond in northwest Oklahoma City Monday afternoon died from a medical condition.

John White, 72, of Edmond was rushed to Oklahoma Heart Hospital following the accident where he was pronounced dead.

Oklahoma City Fire Department responded to the incident just before 4 p.m. Monday, April 23. Fire officials say the truck crashed into a pond, located near N.W. 192nd Street and Pennsylvania Avenue in Oklahoma City.

When firefighters pulled White from the vehicle, he was in full cardiac arrest.
