Hayden's funeral is scheduled for Thursday, April 26 in Valiant, Oklahoma. Hayden leaves behind a wife and four children.

A memorial fund has been set up under the name "Brian and Tabitha Hayden" at the First Bank of Hugo, located at 1501 E. Jackson, Hugo, Oklahoma.

"We will continue to share funny stories and we will continue to cry tears for our partner who is now on eternal patrol on Heaven's streets. While coping with our loss I hope everyone considers how Brian impacted our lives. Within each of us a little bit of Brian lives. May God always ride as our silent partner," Lt. Eric Crews said.

Josiah Moore, the 29-year-old Choctaw National Tribal Police officer who was also involved in the crash, was flown to a hospital with internal injuries. He's now in stable condition.
