Banana Split Cake

Ingredients:

1 half gallon of ice cream, softened

1 jar hot fudge

1c. strawberries, chopped

3 bananas, sliced

1 jar caramel sauce

1 cup crushed pineapple

1 Oreo or Braum's Chocolate Almond Cookies, crushed

1/2 cup pecans or almonds, chopped

1 small jar cherries

1 can whipped cream

Directions:

Lightly spray a 9x13 or loaf pan. Sprinkle the bottoms with cookie crumbs, and press softened ice cream over crumbs until it they are just covered. Drizzle chocolate sauce and caramel sauce over all. Now sprinkle with the pieces of fruit. Place in freezer for one hour. Repeat ice cream, sauces and fruit until pan is full. Cover with remaining crumbs and almonds. Freeze overnight or at least 6hrs. Serve with whipped cream and a cherry.
