News 9's Food For Kids Program Earns National Award

We are proud to announce that News 9 and our parent company, Griffin Communications, have earned a national award for our campaign to end childhood hunger.

You've heard us talk about the Food for Kids program and our partnership with the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma. Our generous viewers have given money to fill backpacks with food for hungry children, and our co-workers have volunteered at the Food Bank.

For that effort, the National Association of Broadcasters Foundation has honored our company with its Service to Children Award.
