The Nashville Sounds scored two runs in the final two innings and held Oklahoma City scoreless in those final two frames to take a 7-6 victory over the streaking Redhawks.

Hainley Statia went 3-of-4 with three RBI for Nashville while OKC was paced by Scott Moore's four hits and two RBI on the night.

The Redhawks struck first in the bottom of the first as JB Shuck led off with a triple. One batter later, Jed Lowrie's sacrifice fly to right field scored Shuck then a couple batters later Scott Moore knocked a double to right to score Fernando Martinez from second and put OKC up 2-0.

In the third, Oklahoma City added another run off Brett Wallace's double that scored Martinez from first base.

Nashville got on the board in the fifth. With two runners aboard Taylor Green singled to right to score Logan Schafer and Green eventually advanced to second on a throwing error by OKC. Statia then stepped to the plate and slipped a ground ball to second to score Halton and Green after the Redhawks committed another throwing error knotting the game at 3.

OKC tacked on one more run in the bottom of the fifth, before Nashville added two runs in the seventh to take a 5-4 lead.

In the eighth frame, OKC added a run when Nashville attempted a pickoff scoring Scott Moore from third then Carlos Corporan's sacrifice fly that plated Schafer gave the Redhawks a 6-5 upper hand.

Nashville refused to back down though as they scored one run in the top of the ninth to tie the game then held OKC in the bottom of the frame to force extra innings.

Then in the 10th, Sounds catcher Martin Maldonado sent a home run to left that sealed the 7-6 victory for Nashville.

The Redhawks are back in action for game four against Nashville on Thursday at 7:05 p.m.
