Coyle Coach Found Not Guilty Of Sex Crimes Involving A Child

Stacey Brewer was charged with 13 counts including indecent exposure and lewd acts with a child. The jury found him not guilty on all counts.

A jury has found a Logan County high school coach not guilty of sex crimes involving a child.

Stacey Brewer was charged with 13 counts including indecent exposure and lewd acts with a child. The jury found him not guilty on all counts.

Brewer works for Coyle High School as the girl's basketball coach, social studies teacher and bus driver. Allegations of misconduct go back to March of 2009.

Witnesses say he exposed himself to girls on several occasions, touched them inappropriately and tried to give one girl his telephone number.

Brewer was placed on paid administrative leave until a verdict is reached.
