Mother Of Tulsa Shooting Spree Victim Speaks Out

The family of the third victim in Good Friday's deadly shooting spoke out Monday evening.

William Allen was known in Tulsa by "Sip" because he was from Mississippi. His mother says he moved here about four years ago.

He has a teenage daughter, he was married to his best friend and he encouraged his mother to go back to school. His 32nd birthday would have been this coming Friday.

"That's all he talked about," said Desera Allen, victim's mom. "'What are you going to get me for my birthday? What are you going to do for my birthday?' And now he won't even be here for his birthday."

Allen's mother says he walked a lot and he was on his usual route when he was shot.

The two men accused of shooting all five people appeared before a Tulsa County judge Monday morning. The judge set bond for Jake England and Alvin Watts at more than $9 million each.
