Lawyer For Occupy OKC Charged With Resisting Arrest

Police arrested the lawyer for Occupy OKC protesters over the weekend.

Officers originally responded to a call about domestic violence involving Jay Trenary. When they arrived, they say Trenary refused to be quiet and sit still while officers investigated the situation.

Shortly after, officers put Trenary in cuffs.

Trenary has since bonded out. But he now faces charges of resisting arrests, obstruction of justice and disturbing the peace.
