A million-dollar house caught on fire again early Sunday morning in northeast Oklahoma City.

The house is located at 3800 OakDale Forrest Road. It caught on fire Saturday afternoon, and then again just after 4 a.m. Sunday.

News 9 was told that the second fire does not look like it rekindled, but it looks like this is a second new fire.

Fire officials are investigating whether arson played a role in the initial blaze. Crews say they had a hard time gaining control of the fire because of the house's location. Firefighters also had a difficult time establishing a water source because there are no hydrants in the neighborhood. In the end, three heavy tanker trucks were called in to bring water to the scene.

The call came in just after 6 p.m. and when Oklahoma City Firefighters arrived on scene, the structure was already heavily involved.

Fire officials say two people were home when they saw flames coming from the garage. That's when they left the house and called 911.

The fire did spread from the garage into the attic space, but firefighters were able to knock the flame back before the entire house was engulfed, though the house did suffer major damage.

"The roof started coming in after the blaze started burning pretty good. Once it got up there it collapsed on us a little bit. We had our crews come out, readjust the situation and then we were able to go back inside," said Oklahoma City Fire Battalion Chief, Felton Morgan.

One firefighter was injured during the response. News 9 is told he was taken to the hospital for treatment on a minor hand injury. Nobody else was injured in the fire.

There isn't an exact estimate on the damage costs, though the house was worth over a million dollars. And firefighters were able to salvage some belongings from inside the home.

Oklahoma City's arson team is conducting the investigation. They will work to determine how the fire started.
