Oklahoma-Based Feed The Children Names New President

Two years after Feed The Children fired its founder Larry Jones, the charitable organization has hired a new president and CEO.

The board of directors appointed Kevin Hagan to the position following a year-long national search. The charity said Hagan is a nonprofit senior executive who was selected based on his legacy of strong leadership in both private and government sectors.

"We have anxiously anticipated this day and are extremely pleased to be announcing Kevin as the new president and CEO," said Rick England, Feed The Children board chairman. "His leadership experience along with his passion for nonprofits set him apart as the best and most natural candidate for the job."

Hagan previously served as chief operating officer for Good360 in Alexandria, Virginia, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping other nonprofit groups find corporate donations. He also worked at U.S. Foodservice, Inc. as the director of corporate ethics and training, and at the United States Postal Service as a national-level manager.

"I'm honored to have the opportunity to join Feed The Children and help further its mission of providing food and other essentials to people across America and around the world," said Hagan.

Feed The Children provides food and medication for children around the world.
