An arrest warrant has been issued for 61-year-old Leonard Lee Bailey, who is now wanted for first-degree manslaughter, leaving the scene of a fatality accident, and causing a fatality accident without a valid state driver's license, according to Oklahoma City police.

The crash happened Tuesday afternoon at a liquor store parking lot, located near N.W. 10th Street and Western in Oklahoma City.

Police and witnesses say Lee Michael Day, 38, was sitting along an exterior wall of the liquor store right before a car hit him and pinned him against the wall. Witnesses say Day then rolled into nearby standing water as he desperately clinging to life.
