Police Say Suspicious Death Was Suicide

Oklahoma City Police have ruled the suspicious death in northwest Oklahoma City as a suicide.

A police spokesperson said they received a 911 call just after 10:30 Wednesday morning about a woman found dead inside a home. Police responded to the 500 block of Oakdale Drive, which is near Melrose Lane and N. MacArthur Boulevard. and confirmed a woman was dead inside the home with obvious signs of trauma to the body.

Police say the person who lives at the house is the one who discovered the body and called 911.

Police still have not released the age or identity of the woman, but said she had been staying at the house for the past few days.
