Millions Hoping To Win Mega Millions Giant Jackpot

There was no winner in Tuesday night's drawing for the huge Mega Millions lottery jackpot.

That means the next drawing will increase to an expected jackpot of $500 million. That's a cash payout of $359 million.

No one has won the Mega Millions jackpot since January 2012 when a woman in Georgia won $71 million.

The odds of picking all six numbers are one in 175 million. That makes it more likely that you will become a professional athlete, or president of the United States.

The next drawing will be Friday, March 30, 2012 at 10 p.m. Central Time.

Lottery tickets for Mega Millions are $1 a piece.

The Oklahoma Lottery says you can sign up for the Oklahoma Lottery Player's Club and have the winning numbers emailed to you or sent via text message to your mobile device after each drawing.
