OKLAHOMA CITY -- A Northeast Oklahoma City woman says a trio of vicious pit bull dogs are terrorizing her neighborhood.

Elizabeth Duncan lives just three blocks from the State Capitol. She says the pit bulls have killed three of her cats in the last two weeks.

Duncan says she's complained to police and Oklahoma City Animal Welfare. However, because no one has been able to catch the dogs or determine who the owners are, the dogs are still on the loose.

Duncan warns of what could happen next.

"I don't understand. This is not right. What are they gonna do? Wait for someone to get killed by these dogs?"Duncan said.

A spokesman for Oklahoma Animal Welfare tells News 9 they are looking into the situation, and they urge anyone who comes in contact with the dogs to call their office.
