District Judge Lisa Davis ended a temporary order that required Cardinal Health to deliver to Reliable Discount Pharmacy.

District Attorney David Prater and the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics believe the pharmacy has become a go-to place for addicts.

The pharmacy's attorneys say the store is at the center of a witch hunt.

Reliable Pharmacy first landed in the spotlight in 2009 when former pharmacist Jerome Ersland shot and killed a would-be robber.
