Oklahoma City Man Charged With Child Abuse

An Oklahoma City man was charged with child abuse Tuesday.

The affidavit shows Roy Swing hit a 12-year-old boy after getting angry with him over his homework.

The boy says his head was banged against a table, and he was hit on his face and smacked with a belt on his back and backside.

The Department of Human Services removed him and six other children from the home.
