Guthrie Man Killed In Logan County ATV Wreck

A Guthrie man was killed when he wrecked his ATV in Logan County Saturday night.

It happened at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, at a private property located at 4201 N. Westminster in Guthrie.

Troopers said a 2011 Arctic Cat Prowler ATV driven by Rodney Moore III was southbound in a field on that property when it lost control for an unknown reason.

The ATV then rolled one and a quarter times, and Moore was thrown off the vehicle.

Moore, 44, was pronounced dead at the scene due to severe injuries. Troopers said the ATV was equipped with a seatbelt, but Moore was not wearing one.
