Man Files Lawsuit Against Former Moore Teacher Charged With Rape

We are learning more about a Moore Christian School teacher charged with raping a student.

Gregory Saul is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old student.

On Monday, a metro man filed a civil lawsuit against Saul, his wife and her chiropractic practice, saying Saul's wife gave the former teacher access to the minor at the practice.

The man is asking for more than $10,000 in damages.

Saul is currently out on $150,000 bond. Officials said he is to have no contact with his victim or other state's witnesses.
