OKLAHOMA CITY -

A man already charged with beating a relative to death is back in jail, accused of attacking his girlfriend.

According to a police report, Robert Brent Stout's girlfriend told an officer her boyfriend became jealous and didn't want her talking to other man. She said he punched her in the side of the head and knocked her to the floor.

The woman said Stout hit her several more times, then choked her until she was unconscious. The victim said Stout also threatened to burn her grandmother's house down if she told anyone about the attack.

Stout was arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail. In November 2011, Oklahoma County prosecutors charged Stout with first-degree manslaughter in the beating death of his relative, Robert Greg Stout.
