Green Smoothie
1 handful of fresh spinach or kale leaves (thick stems removed)
1/2 banana
1/4 c. frozen raspberries, blackberries, or strawberries
1/4 c. + 1 tbs plain or vanilla non fat greek yogurt
1/4c. Almond milk (add more if it's too thick)
1 tbs ground flaxseed or flaxseed oil
Any fruit you like will work, and any yogurt and any milk (or even water or iced tea!) will do just fine. You have to make it your own, use what you have and go with your gut . Check out other smoothie recipes online for ideas and different combinations. Enjoy! Have fun with it!
