OKLAHOMA CITY -

The State Medical Examiner's Office has officially ruled on what killed an Occupy OKC protestor known as "The Poet."

Louis Rodriguez was found dead in his tent at Kerr Park on October 31, 2011. The Medical Examiner determined he died of a drug overdose, or "probable acute morphine toxicity."

Rodriguez's death as been ruled an accident.

Rodriguez was a well-known homeless person in the area who often recited poetry about drug abuse and his life on the street.
