Elk City Man Arrested On Child Porn Complaint

An Elk City man is behind bars on a complaint of aggravated possession of child pornography. 

Gregory Keith Alford, 42, was arrested Friday in a parking lot of a grocery store in Weatherford by members of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation's Internet Crimes Against Children Unit.

The investigation was initiated by an undercover OSBI agent into the sharing of child pornography over the Internet.  A search warrant was served at Alford's residence and several computer-related items were seized.  Examination of the items revealed more than 100 images of child pornography. 

The investigation continues to determine if any of the images are of local children. 

Alford was booked into the Weatherford Police City Jail and is being held on $50,000 bond.
