OKLAHOMA CITY -

Another Oklahoma soldier is killed in Afghanistan.

The Department of Defense confirmed Wednesday the death of Sgt. Allen R. McKenna Jr. of Noble.

Sgt. McKenna Jr., 28, was supporting Operation Enduring Freedom. He died February 21 in Kandahar province, Afghanistan. He was assigned to the 1st Squadron, 10th Cavalry, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division out of Fort Carson, Colorado.
