Joshua Odith Johnson, 22, was arrested at around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at a house in the 5200 block of N. Hales Drive in Oklahoma City. Johnson is currently being held at the Oklahoma County Detention Center on a complaint of first-degree murder.

Johnson is suspected of participating in an home invasion last month. Police said two suspects tied up a man and two women in a house, located in the 7900 block of S. McKinley, and then ransacked the house. Police said the suspects then shot and killed the man, Christopher Trevino.

The two women in the home were not hurt and have already identified the other suspect as Gerald Jackson, who has been charged with murder for his role in Trevino's death.
