A second fire broke out at a different unit at an abandoned apartment complex in Oklahoma City Tuesday night.

Firefighters were called to the Lantana Apartments, located at Northwest 10th Street and Greenvale Road, at about 3:45 p.m. Tuesday when the first fire broke out, and again at about 7:45 p.m. when a second building caught on fire.

Residents in the area said the fires were intentionally set.

"Yes I'm mad. Not only did he threaten my kids, he put people's lives in danger. And this is my family lives out here in this community," one resident said.

According to the fire department, traffic in the area was shut down for a while due to the fires.

Fire officials have confirmed this is a case of arson. Police are searching for the suspect in the neighborhood Tuesday evening.

The Lantana Apartments have sparked a lot of trouble lately, most recently with Tuesday's fires.

Several other vacant units burned recently. And the complex was the scene of a murder in 2008 when two teens robbed and killed pizza delivery man, Jeremy Moore.
