Ex-Convict Charged With Rape Of Teen In Enid

Enid police are on the lookout for a 47-year old ex-convict accused of having sex with a 14-year old.

The Garfield County District Attorney has charged Ernesto Morales Junior with a felony second degree rape charge.

Morales has served prison time. The fact that he has three prior felony convictions means he faces 20 years to life in prison if convicted of the rape charge.

Police said Morales allegedly had sex with the teen in 2011.
