OKLAHOMA CITY -

Police have released the name of a man found dead Monday night inside a truck in northeast Oklahoma City.

A driver at a wrecking service discovered the body just after 10 p.m. in the parking lot of his workplace at N.E. 15th Street and Bryant Avenue. He called police.

Police have identified the deceased man as 48-year-old Robert Williams. They said he had trauma to his body consistent with a homicide. The State Medical Examiner is performing an autopsy to determine exactly how Williams died.

Williams had been reported missing one day before his body was found. His family members said they last saw him on Saturday, February 4, around 11:45 p.m. when Williams left to get something to eat.

Police have not made any arrests or named any suspects in the case. If you have any information, police ask you to call the Homicide Tip Line at (405) 297-1200. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward.
