LeFlore County Man Charged With Sex Crimes Against Children

Oklahoma County prosecutors file charges against a LeFlore County man for sex crimes against children.

Court papers show investigators found a videotape of him having sex with a 14-year-old girl at an Oklahoma City hotel.

Court papers reveal 38-year-old Jeffery Dale Bingley brought that 14-year-old girl to the Bricktown Hotel on East Reno Ave.

The investigation reveals the two came to Oklahoma City in November of 2009 to attend the big Bedlam game down in Norman.

The Oklahoma County DA's office filed charges against the man this morning.

In Leflore County, he's accused of having sex with the girl for over a three-year period.

He is currently out on $100,000 bond.

But the DA there says with these new charges, he hopes to put this "sexual predator" back behind bars.

The LeFlore County District Attorney says the girl's mother found the tape and turned it over to police there.

Court papers show an Oklahoma City investigator went back to the Bricktown hotel and got a copy of the registration receipt, confirming the two did stay in room 142 on the night of November 27th and checked out the 28th.

Prosecutors say that between that and the tape, they have a strong case to keep Bingley away from other children.

The LeFlore County DA says Bingley is yet to be arrested on this new charge, but once he is, they hope to keep him in jail without bond until his trial starts.
