Teacher In Pottawatomie County Suspended

A teacher is suspended amid accusations of making inappropriate comments to a young student.

The Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Office says the situation involves a male teacher at Macomb Middle School. Right now, no names are being released.

Authorities said the teacher is under investigation and the deputy working the case presented charges Thursday to the District Attorney.

It's now up to the DA to decide how to move forward.
