FOREST PARK, Oklahoma -

Forest Park Police said Thursday they've found a woman witnesses claimed to have seen naked and arguing with rape suspect, Paul Rich.

Neighbors told police on January 29 that Rich chased the woman with a pair of scissors then led her away. Police went to Rich's home, but did not find the woman. They said he refused to give any information about her.
