4 pound beef brisket, trimmed
1 jar hickory liquid smoke
Heavy Duty foil
barbecue sauce of your choice
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Using a large baking sheet, line it with heavy duty foil. Allow the foil to extend up the sides of the pan. Place brisket, fat side on top, in the middle. Rub seasoning salt all over the brisket. Pour liquid smoke over the top. Cover entire foil surface with another sheet of foil. Crimp all the edges and place in oven. Bake for 5 hours. Remove foil cover and pour barbeque over the top and recrimp the foil. Return to oven for 30 minutes. Remove brisket from oven and allow it to cool for 30 minutes before slicing. Serve with slider rolls.
