Tulsa Man Robbed Outside Apartment Complex

A man was robbed at gunpoint outside the Willow Bend Apartments, 3100 South 101st East Avenue, early Saturday morning. Tulsa Police say the victim was outside for an unknown reason at 3:20 a.m. when he was approached by a man with a handgun.

"The suspect demanded the victim's wallet; the victim surrendered his wallet," said Sergeant Chris Moudy with the Tulsa Police Department.

The suspect is described as a black male in his 30s wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans.

The man ran away after getting his victim's wallet. Officers set up a perimeter and brought in a K9 officer to track the suspect but weren't able to locate him.

"We're continuing to investigate," Moudy said Saturday morning.
