New warrants are released Thursday in the killing of a man whose elderly father admitted to News 9 that he shot his own son.

The warrants reveal shocking evidence found inside the family's northeast Oklahoma City home.

An employee called 911.

Police found the victim, Abbott's son, 39-year-old Perry Abbott, dead inside their home in the 11000 block of N. Air Depot.

Documents show, D.E. told someone at the truck stop, "...his son had been holding him captive in his house since December and he just shot his son and escaped."

The new search warrants reveal, "items such as ropes, electrical cord, tape, chains and belts that have the appearance of having been used for the purpose of holding someone against their will."

Police also found blood, bloody clothing, guns and casings inside a motor-home.

Police arrested D.E. Abbott on one count of first-degree murder. The shooting is still under investigation.
