Oklahoma Fugitive Caught In Oklahoma City

A fugitive is back behind bars Tuesday.

The Oklahoma City Police Department arrested Charles Sanders Tuesday morning.

Sanders had served time in prison on a meth trafficking conviction and failed to report to his parole officer.

The woman with Sanders was also arrested. She was wanted on outstanding state warrants.
