Jurors will receive instructions Tuesday morning then hear closing arguments in the lawsuit filed by country singer Garth Brooks against a Yukon hospital.

Brooks is suing to get his $500,000 donation back from Integris Hospital. He claimed Integris promised to name a building after his late mother. The hospital said it never made that promise and there were no conditions placed on the money.

After closing arguments, the alternate juror will be allowed to go home and the other 12 jurors will begin with deliberations. Stay with News 9 and News9.com for updates.
