According to a search warrant released by authorities on Monday, Trevino was tied up with electrical cords, and was shot twice in the back of the head.

Two other victims inside the home were also tied up, but were not shot.

The Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office and the U.S. Marshals arrested the suspect, Gerald Jackson, on January 19 during a traffic stop.

According to the warrant, one of the surviving home invasion victims found Jackson's picture on Facebook, which led to his capture.

The warrant says several thousand dollars was stolen from Trevino's dresser during his killing. And Jackson, who is unemployed, had recently bought a car with $2,200 in cash. Authorities said Jackson was driving that car when he was arrested.

Right now, Jackson is in the Oklahoma County Jail on a first-degree murder complaint. He is being held without bond.
