A Broken Arrow woman who owns a kangaroo as a therapy pet has relocated again, a day after leaving Broken Arrow over a disagreement with city officials about keeping the animal in her home.

Christie Carr and Irwin moved from Broken Arrow to McAlester Wednesday after she said city workers threatened to take the animal or fine her for violating a city ordinance.

Thursday, Carr said she was relocating again, after McAlester's assistant police chief said he was exploring whether it was legal for Carr to keep Irwin within their city limits.

Carr says she has found temporary housing in Foyil in Rogers County which is close to where she volunteers at Wild Heart Ranch in Rogers County.
