A judge has set the bond at $50,000 for the alleged accomplice of a man who was shot and killed when he burst through the door of a Blanchard woman's home.

A bond hearing was held Thursday afternoon at the Grady County Courthouse for Dustin Stewart. Prosecutors said he was with Justin Martin when he forced his way into Sarah McKinley's home on December 30.

McKinley shot and killed Martin. Stewart ran away and later surrendered to police.

Prosecutors have now charged Stewart with first-degree murder because they said he was engaged in a felony when Martin was killed, and that makes him culpable for his alleged accomplice's death.
