Convicted Tulsa Rapist Gets Life Plus 100 Years In Prison

A Tulsa man convicted of brutally raping an elderly Tulsa woman was formally sentenced to prison Tuesday morning.

Earlier this month, a jury recommended Ralph Smith get sentenced to life in prison, plus 100 years after convicting him of six charges, including rape, sodomy and kidnapping.

Tuesday, a judge ordered Smith to serve life without parole on the rape conviction and another 100 years in prison on the sodomy and kidnapping convictions.
