The Logan County District Attorney says Paul Bush took money in exchange for naming David Henry to the Langston Police Department as a reserve officer.

The Langston Deputy Chief of Police is charged with receiving a bribe.

This dates back to February of last year.

The Logan County District Attorney says Paul Bush took money in exchange for naming David Henry to the Langston Police Department as a reserve officer.

If convicted, Bush could get up to five years in prison.
