Skiatook Place officers arrested three men for knowingly serving alcohol to minors -- including one 13 year old.

The arrests were made this weekend under the social hosting law known as "Cody's Law." Officers say eight minors – including three people under age 18 – were drinking alcohol at a party the men were hosting.

One of the men, Benjamin R. Stilwell, was arrested for the same complaint less than a month ago.

Officers got a tip that a 13 year old was at a large party at the 600 block of South Creek Street in Skiatook at about 3 a.m. Saturday. When officers arrived to check on the minor's welfare, they found several others juveniles that had also been drinking.

They arrested Benjamin R. Stilwell, 21; Colin B. Nuttall, 22, and William T. Ramsey, 20.

Stilwell's previous social hosting arrest was on November 23, 2011. On that date, police say there were five people under the age of 21 drinking or holding alcoholic beverages. The youngest was 15.

Cody's Law was passed earlier this year by the Oklahoma legislature, providing stronger penalties for adults who knowingly allow underage drinking in their homes. It was named after Cody Greenhaw, a Tulsa teen who died of a drug and alcohol overdose.
