A 43-year-old Oklahoma City man accused of calling and threatening the pastor of Fairview Baptist Church could face several charges.

Police say David Michael Moxley called and left several threatening voicemails for Pastor Paul Blair. In one message, the caller claimed to have committed several homicides but had not been caught. Another call stated there was a bomb on church property.

Officers say caller ID showed the calls came from Moxley's phone number. Detectives spoke with Moxley and determined he was not a threat. Moxley was not arrested, but police did present possible charges to the Oklahoma County District Attorney. The D.A. could file charges of making a telephonic bomb threat, making threatening phone calls and making obscene phone calls against Moxley.

If Moxley is charged, a warrant will be issued for his arrest.
