With only one game left in the regular season, the Sooners and Cowboys learned their rankings heading into a vital Bedlam game that will decide who wins the Big 12 Championship.

In the newly released week 14 polls, Oklahoma State is No. 3 in the AP and No. 5 in the Coaches Poll, while Oklahoma is No. 13 in the AP Poll and No. 11 in the Coaches.

LSU and Alabama are the undeniable favorites sitting in the first and second positions. Virginia Tech moved up to No. 3 in the Coaches Poll because of Arkansas' 41-17 loss at LSU. That loss by the previously No. 3 ranked Razorbacks also helped Oklahoma State move up from its previous ranking of No. 6. Stanford is No. 4 just two points behind Virginia Tech and four points in front of the Cowboys who are fifth this week.

In the AP Poll, LSU remained the unanimous top team for the third week in a row followed by Alabama who was also the unanimous No. 2 for the second straight week. Oklahoma State is one spot behind the Tide and the Cowboys sit five points ahead of fourth ranked Stanford.

Virginia Tech moved up one spot to No. 5 followed by Arkansas, Houston and Oregon. Boise State and USC round out the top ten as the Broncos and Trojans are tied at No. 9. The No.6 through No.10 teams in the poll are all within seven points of each other.

Other Big 12 teams in this week's polls include Kansas State at No. 15 and Baylor at No. 18. The Wildcats are No. 16 in the AP Poll followed by Baylor at No. 19.

Oklahoma State (10-1, 7-1) is the top team in the Big 12 entering the final week of regular season play which makes the Bedlam game against Oklahoma vital to both teams' post season dreams.

If Oklahoma (9-2, 6-2) gets the win over Oklahoma State it would even their record and OU would hold the head-to-head win, thus making them Big 12 Champs.

Both teams return to practice this week in preparation for the big matchup that will kick off at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 3 inside Boone Pickens Stadium.
