OKLAHOMA CITY – The Friday Night Roundup this week stopped by Wantland Stadium and Bishop McGuinness and saw both home teams come away with wins in the first round of the playoffs.

In the first game of the night, Edmond Santa Fe dominated Eisenhower from the opening snap. Quarterback Justice Hanson capped the Wolves' first drive with a rushing touchdown, and later in the half delivered a touchdown pass to Trevan Smith.

Santa Fe went on to beat Lawton Ike 41-10, and will advance to the second round of the playoffs. The Wolves will host next week's quarterfinals game, but will have to face traditional powerhouse Jenks.

The second game of the night was a much different story. Bishop McGuinness and Harrah fought a defensive battle, with McGuinness holding just a 7-0 lead in the third quarter.

Jacob Lewis extended that lead to 14-0 with a rushing touchdown, and the Irish held off a late push by Harrah to win 14-7. The Irish will also host next week's quarterfinals, when they will face Sallisaw.
