MOORE, Oklahoma -- A mother's anger turns into action as she tells police an employee with the Moore School District inappropriately touched her special-needs child.

Toni Estrada says this is not her first complaint but expects it to be the last.

Estrada says she first started to worry when her six-year-old autistic son got off the school bus more than once with his pants undone. Estrada says her son is not capable of unzipping his own pants,

"Now he cries when he gets off that bus and that's not right," Estrada said.

She now says her son began inappropriately touching himself last week.

In a report filed with Oklahoma City Police, Estrada told officers she tried to explain to her son this behavior is a "no-no," but the six-year-old still insisted it was OK and said the man on the bus did it.

"To hear your child tell you something like that, it's like a state of shock," Estrada said.

She says she immediately complained to the Moore School District but was concerned nothing would be done because the school ignored her previous complaints about the same individual.

"This school district and the bus people are taking this like it is nothing. It is something to me. This is my child."

The school district issued this statement: "The Moore School District was made aware of this complaint by the parent several days ago. We notified the Oklahoma City Police Department of the allegation and will be cooperating with the police in the investigation. The employee in question remains on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation."
