Person Burned In Southwest OKC Fire

One person was burned in a house fire in southwest Oklahoma City. One person was burned in a house fire in southwest Oklahoma City.

OKLAHOMA CITY - One person has been hurt in a house fire in southwest Oklahoma City.

Firefighters were called to the fire in the 800 block of S.W. 50th Street around 3 p.m.  They helped a man inside get to safety and extinguished the fire.

The man received minor burns on five percent of his body.  He also sustained some scratches while escaping the fire.  His name has not been released.

Firefighters don't know yet what started the fire.
