Lewis' interception set up an OSU touchdown and his fumble recovery halted a Missouri drive in the red zone.

All in all, the Oklahoma State defense limited the Tigers to seven second half points.

Joining Lewis in this week's conference awards are Texas Tech quarterback Seth Doege who is this week's offensive player of the week and Kansas State's Tyler Lockett who was named the special teams player of the week.

Last year as a freshman, Lewis started the final six games of the season and finished fifth on the team in tackles with 58, second in tackles for loss with eight and in interceptions with three. He also tied for the team lead with two fumble recoveries and he led the team with three forced fumbles.
