Death Of Infant In Davis Ruled A Homicide

DAVIS, Oklahoma -- The death of an 11-month-old girl from Davis is ruled a homicide. No arrests have been made at this time.

Raven Koch died at Children's Hospital in May. Investigators are having a hard time with the case because doctors disagree over when the injuries happened.

Depending on the timeframe, they say there could be anywhere from three to eight suspects.

The Murray County District Attorney has interviewed all the suspects, but can't make an arrest until doctors determine when the injury took place.
