OKLAHOMA CITY -- It has been almost five months since the May 24th tornadoes and people still are being reunited with things that were blown away in the storm.

It is a happy day at grandma Shirley's house as she was finally able to give her five-year-old great granddaughter her birthday gift.

Before Lindsey could receive her great grandma's gift, disaster struck. Their home was blown away in the May 24th tornadoes. Someone about 50 miles away in Stillwater found the card with a crisp $20 bill still inside and the mystery began.

News 9 aired a segment on the homeowner who found the errant card last week. A viewer who knows grandma Shirley saw the story and contacted News 9.

Connections were made and grandma Shirley finally got to give her gift to her great granddaughter Lindsey.

Lindsey said she plans to spend the money on Halloween stuff and clothes.
